Firstly, today I am so free because I caught up with all my works and the cat (the boss, lah) is away. With nothing to do this morning, after reading all my favourite blogs, reading all the online news, checking my emails, I was bored stiff.
They said "an idle mind is the devil's workshop". After twiddling the thumb, I thought why not start another blog just for fun.
You see, everyday I get many funny, silly, thought provoking and junk emails (selling viagra, cars, fake watches, softwares, insurances etc.) into my mailbox. I diligently clear the junk mails everyday and read those funny, silly and thought provoking emails. Some of those emails are funny, humorous and good. Some have lessons we can learn from it.
So I thought to myself, hmmm, why not collect them, post them and share them? Hence, this blog. So if you are bored and want something to pass your time, drop in and have a good laugh or leave with a lesson for your soul.
Secondly, I remembered in my working days, I alway loved Teh Tarik. Yep, it is alway kurang manis teh tarik. At every tea break I will be at the Mamak stall with my Malay, Chinese and Indian work mates chatting and laughing over a cup of tea or coffee. The short tea break breaks the monotonous daily working life and it is a time we open our heart out (hmm, must be something in the Teh Tarik or coffee). After the short break, you feel recharged and ready for your next battle. It is a free therapy without having to pay a large bill for a psychiatrist.
In the evening, we will do that again with a different set of friends over supper and somehow landing up in a Mamak Stall for Teh Tarik before heading home for the night, satisfied.
This blog will be a cut and paste blog, a collection of articles of jokes, funnies, motivation, soul searching and experiences.
So if you ever like me needs a Teh Tarik but there is no Mamak Stall around, drop into this blog, say "hi" with a few kind words.
Now, please excuse me while I go looking a a cup of tea.
"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter."
